Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Congratulations on the smart decision you made to support yourself! We're going to be doing a lot of healthy things to get your body back in balance and make you feel great. Here are some steps to get started:

  1. Read over your manual and find "Foods to Enjoy" and "Foods to Avoid" (see below).
  2. Throw away all junk food, chips, cookies, cake, ice cream, etc. so you won't be tempted. If you have family members or roommates, make a separate "Cleansing Cupboard" stocked with all the healthy, nourishing foods you are going to enjoy for the next 21 days. Feel free to take a photo of everything you throw away and post on our Facebook group!
  3. Enlist your friends and family in supporting you during the cleanse, especially if you live them. Explain that you are going to be eating cleansing foods for the next few weeks. Tell them that you would appreciate their support in keeping tempting foods and drinks away from you during this time. Ask them to help cheer you on!
